Our dream was to have a place where we could enjoy our time together as family, with our friends and our animals. We were in the processes of creating our little family Sanctuary when the pandemic hit.  We had so many friends reach out to us wanting to come to farm, they needed an outlet. They wanted to be outdoors with nature and interact with our playful goats. We felt that others may also need a mental and wellness distraction so we created Blackledge Farms LLC, a family owned farm in Ramona CA.  Our Dream has slowly evolved into creating a Farm that combines our three passions together; our love for growing our own foods, a place for fitness classes and a happy safe place for our animals. Now that we are a small business, San Diego locals and visitors will have more things to do in Ramona. We hope that you can come visit us by enjoying one of our wellness classes or booking one of our private event options. 

Here at Blackledge Farms LLC, we strongly believe that our society needs Farms and the Farmers that grow the foods that we consume. The alternative would be lab-created food sources. We take pride in learning methods in sustainable farming and providing our family with fresh produce, without the use of toxic pesticides or chemicals that would affect us and the local eco-system.

 The two breeds that reside here at Blackledge Farms are ADGA Registered Nigerian Dwarfs and MGR Registered Fainting Goats. Our mission is to preserve the integrity of breed by selectively breeding quality show goats.  Our pampered Does are treated like princesses, they provide us our milk and we provide them with their best life possible. 

 We have two small herds here at our farm with different colors.  Most of our fiber is processed by hand from start to finish to ensure that it is pure alpaca wool. Natural alpaca wool naturally has no lanolin, making it hypoallergenic.  We do have a few blended options that are not processed by us. We do not sale our Alpacas.
